And in other news...

I saw a lot of people coming home from the Siren Festival (hosted by the Village Voice). Almost all of them were couples.
Of late I've been getting annoyed by seeing them lately. I've been getting annoyed by seeing even the Bring Your Own Condom ads on the subway and elsewhere. Even by the ubiquitous Sex and the City ads all over the subway.
This is really fucking annoying. Why can't I just give in and stop worrying about this? Its like contemplating the end of the world. What good does it do you? You'll be stardust just like the rest of the bloody orb.

So anyways, enough of my immature ramblings.

I noticed the Sex in the City ads everywhere when I was in your neck of the woods this weekend ( was in Manhattan and Brooklyn...) and I do mean everywhere- including where I got on the train in NewBrunswick... And also- on the subways the ridiculous ads for the Stargate tv show. (I'm sure you know which ones I mean).

yeah, I know what you mean. though my desire has become a rather detached thing of late, as I'm slowly deciding that I really dislike interfacing with people (not because it's socialising, but because of the people).
I try to think of other things, like penguins - let's just say, that doesn't help.
