The Perverts Anonymous Qualification Exam is more offical, and much more complete. Otherwise known as the 1,500 point version, originally written in 1992 by some folks at MIT.
I don't know about the standard, really. I've always considered the 1,500 point test the be-all, end-all test. Lots of fun to administer, especially in groups.
