Columbia.
The Space Shuttle Columbia broke up and fell out of the sky during re-entry today.
Seven people are presumed dead after the incident.
Due to the high altitude and velocity, it is extremely doubtful that the astronauts had any time to escape the shuttle.
It is doubtful that terrorism played a role.
MIssion STS-107, and your crew, RIP.
I hope everyone remembers that NASA exists for the betterment of mankind. That space travel is not supposed to be risk-free. That the military gets a significantly larger budget than NASA (so, don't redirect resources to battle "terrorism").
Be Well,
PETER
