I just got back from the LEAD retreat in the Aderondacks. It was fun. I got to fly on the "Flying Squirrel," and I got to help others do the same. I worked with my team to solve how to get people over a twelve-foot wall. I overcame many fears, and worked with my team "The Group Formerly Known as One" very well. I learned a lot about communication, and I hope to be able to apply this new info.
In general, its been a lot of fun doing this, but I'm glad to get back to warmer temps, and cleaner water.
