I'm moving out. We've [myself, Erin, and her current three roommates] committed to it. We may add on one more person (or well-adjusted/trusted couple) shortly, but we want to grab this place while we have the opportunity. It's a big 6 bedroom (2 bath) on 130th street and St. Nicholas Terrace. Very reasonable rent. shoujo_mallet is getting the applications &c. for all of us now. Just have to wait for the applications to be accepted (very likely), and we're good to go.

Yeah, although its a bit easier to just be on the North side of the 125th st. station, thanks to St. Nicholas park.

Wow... that is a good price for a 6 bedroom... specially if one or two of those rooms are filled with a couple.

Me and the kitten are out looking at places out in queens, 3 - 4 bedrooms, and already are nearing that price range (2200-2500 mostly)
