SE is Sensible Erection (NSFW), a community-based blog. It tends to skew towards liberal politics and pr0n, with a fairly intellectual but frequently absurdist group of people.
Do they have RSS? I couldn't find anything on there, but if they do, I can add it to my LJ stuff (which does an amazing job of "SFW"-ifying many text-based "NSFW" stuff).
