Oh God I love being hopped up on antihistimines. In fact, I wish I was on NyQuil cold and sinus right now...

Or get chewable Alavert. It's the same stuff as the non-chewables such as Claritin, but it kicks in a lot faster. They don't yet have one with the decongestant too unfortunately.

I find adequete humidity prevents winter nosebleeds. It's really hard to do though, I need a bigger humidifier. And when I'm allergic, caffeine seems to help, and food definitely does.
