What? Manhattan can be affected by this nonsense? I thought the city would bend over backwards so that the subways never stopped there, but outer boroughs be damned! (Seriously, rain? WTF, New York. I thought you were tougher than that. I'm disappointed.)
Yeah, seriously. I was telling some people at my internship today that if the terrorists ever wanted to really fuck with New York, just dump a whole lot of water on the city. We'd totally be fucked that way.
