Good morning Soddom and Gomorrah!

Hurry-up-and-wait is aggrivating.

MPlayer has a new version out that fixes a shitload of nasties (as in remotely-executable buffer overflows), you should get it (if you use MPlayer, that is). When I installed it I found a weird problem due to a combination of X.org and ATI. I fixed it thanks to the Gentoo users at this forum. Yay for Gentoo!

So with the above, and a tasty install of the latest BitTorrent, I am now ready to use my computer for everything it used to be used for!

Last night my phone would reboot if I ever hit the 9 key. This problem seems to have gone away today. I called Samsung tech support last night and they told me I had to wait for Monday when the Level 2 tech support could help me.

Speaking of Monday, I must remember to secure the apt for next year for myself. And yeah. Do all the other stuff.
