So, the Parents and Brothers have departed. Chris (my elder younger brother) is attending SUNY Genesseo (scary that he's in college!).
I have the house to myself for about 1.75 days. Time for some minor debauchery (with assistance from![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

And time to take pictures of the entire house, since the garage next door is getting knocked down and replaced with condos. The Mom's already had a structural engineer come by and state that the house is in amazing shape for its age, but she still feels (And rightly so) that its best to have all the documentation possible. Nick, on the other hand, fears to collect on any future possible damages, due to the owners of the garage (and presumably the condos). He says he likes his sneakers to have a low concrete content.
And seeing as how I have to be at 27th and 7th at 2:15, I had better go take those pictures ASAP.
