Before I document my troubles with the NYC voting establishment, I would like to ask a question:

Do I confuse you? Why or why not? Is this a good thing?

You see, I tried to contact the NYC Board of Elections on Friday (because I haven't gotten my absentee ballot, and I'm under the impression that my friends have already gotten theirs), but 866 VOTE NYC won't work for my cell, even though its a NYC number, 212 VOTE NYC says its out of service, and 311 gets me an error message.

Any ideas?
