You see, I thought Winter had already come to Rochester. You know, the season after Construction. Anyways, during the Winter, there is the Cloud. It never goes away.

The Cloud certainly does go away during Winter - else, there would be no way for the sunlight to assault your eyes from above and below.

well, the construction isn't *quite* over and, therefore, neither is construction season.

Maybe we should ask them to keep blocking the quarter mile?
