The only thing I'm good at is keeping on doing things, regardless of whether I do it well or not. Is this good?

Persistence is useful when accompanied by good judgment. Wise persistence is good, for example, if one eventually gets better at what he or she does. Injudicious persistence is bad, for example, if the action causes physical harm to oneself.

Your statement is too vague; you need to list specific actions. Maybe, like me, you're not good at talking to relatives. Continuing to talk to them even if you're bad at it is good if they worry about you. Hitting on constantly on a woman whom you are unsuccessful with and who has to you to stop is a bad idea.

Looking at a particular situation one needs to glean whether persistence will cause change towards achieving ones goals. If someone keeps hitting you, and you say, "Stop!" and it doesn't get them to stop--then continuing to say stop is bad because it will not cause a change to achieve one's goal.

Also good and bad are very vague words. How do you judge the success of your actions?

That hardly answered your question, did it? And I stated opinions as facts, le gasp!
