Oh hey, I saw that list a year ago w/ my shrink at the time. The problem I had is that sometimes I don't see how they're not valid. She called it Emotional Reasoning when I said I was too tired to grade - well, I really was tired and drained, and knowing that it's a subjective thought did not lessen my tiredness. Should Statements and All-Or-Nothing Thinking are important so you can set goals for yourself. Without the goal of finishing grading a set of papers, I'd never get started. *sigh* But of course it's better to start and fail than not start at all. *shrug*
