I have no idea. I'm just disgusted that it's assumed normal and acceptable for rape to permeate prisons, and that it's all just a joke to the rest of us. But the US has the largest per-capita prison population, and if what we're really doing is sending these men (and they are nearly always men) to gladiatory battles for their virtue, then we'd better be sure that they need to be there.
