So I definately need a new ethernet card. Bugger. My incoming speed is still limited to ~7Kbps per channel. New card time!
And that means I'll need to reregister. Annoying beyond belief! And that means I'll have to call ISC and tell them to cancel this registration so I can have another. (With the same Cname)

Ah well.

So now I will go and reboot as I've been instructed.

My roomie and I agree - it sounds more like a bad cable than a bad NIC. Swap it out and see, man.
