You might want to try and change the position you sleep in. Especially bad is sleeping on your stomach. Don't do that.

I've been sleeping on my stomach forever and all that happenes to me is I get creaky every so often, but nothing more.
Also, I've never really had control over which way I sleep. I toss and turn, but ultimately land on my gut.
