i read that, then read some more on the website... i thought it was crazy that one guy cut his penis into six pieces.

what's with russians and cutting their penises into 6 pieces, that they need a institute to do reconstructive surgery?

The yellow picture in the article has a part of a Russian word cut off, but the translation is "Journal about how money is made." The words imply illegal or shady deals between Europe and US.
