It is difficult to balance the concerns of many. You should balance your own concerns first. Then explain your position and ability to adjust and accommodate the concerns of others. But such negotiations require the others whose concerns you are balancing to be reasonable in their requests, understanding in balancing your position, and placing high value on your balancing act.

Remember such a balancing act is in constant flux.
