Bugger bugger bugger.

No license for me. Nope. No one told me that my prelicensing certificate was only valid for two years. Nope. No one.

Now I have to go take a 5 hour class. Whenever I have time for it.

And we all know I'm stupid and am really way too skilled at hurting people to be allowed to be close to anyone. This, along with my banality makes me wonder if I can successfully do anything, let alone have relationships with people.

Sorry about the bitchy post. At least the computer boots now. Just let it sit for ahwile, thinking about what its done. It listened to reason. There was the other problem that I tried to to a backup onto another partition, so the partitions were resized, and now C has only 3.xx GB free, rather than 18.xx.

And back to the other pole of my concerns, I seem to be a callous ass. In fact, one might wonder if I'm actually worse than that. I wouldn't be surprised if I was.

I should go clean my room.

damn dude. change your legal residency to my house (my parents won't ming) for 6 months and then get your license here. no papers. make an appointment, fill some shit out, lie about any need for glasses or mental instibilities, and take the godamned test.

Hi Peter, Just your friendly stalker/father here.
So one day I decided that I would finally get my driver's license.
I had taken the stuppid drivers ed course in high school >:o
Well now i wanted to make an appointment for my road test,
fat chance, it was a 3 month waiting period >:0
then they told me i needed to take the 5 hour class over again >:o
Sooo I ended up going through the yellow pages for drivers ed places.

So here is the skinny.
For about $250 you can get a drivers license within a week.
Just go to a drivers ed school, and they well give you the class,
and test in one long session, and show a couple of videos etc.
Then they have appointments reserved or something and they just give you one from their list. They will also teach you how to drive their car which has certain tricks that they will teach you. You use their car for the road test, and they garuntee that you pass, if you fail they give you another roadtest appointment ASAP.

I did this. I went there on a Monday and had driver's license that Thursday.
I hope this practical answer helps.
Good luck scrounging for $250.
