Everyone thinks I am over-stressed. Name 3 things I should worry less about.

Not to be unhelpful, but, telling someone not to worry about something is kind of like telling them not to think about a pink elephant. It's just going to do the opposite.

Instead of suggesting something in particular not to worry about might I be so bold as to suggest taking time to relax. Or read a book or just genearlly participate in an activity where you'll be thinking about something that you're not worried about.

Personally I tend to make lists of things I'm worried about. For some reason that helps me. It's almost as if when I write it down I don't have to carry it around in my head anymore. Then, as an added bonus, I can sometimes look at it more objectively and see what's important and what's not.

Yay for Pink Elephants!

See, the problem is, that I don't think I'm stressed, but everyone tells me I am. This is why I posted as I did.

Hmm that sounds really counter productive then. You'll just get a big list of worries :P

*Thinks*
I guess I think of you as being stressed too.
You just seem to worry a lot.
Maybe that's just what you externalize

I don't exactly see you as stressed, but you do haave a very intense personality. Whether or not you feel stressed, you are not a mellow person.
Hell, if people telling you that you are stressed stresses you out, tell them to stop it and just relax with you.

I swear that was more coherent when it was in my head.
