(4:34:59 PM) Me: its just rewriting the helpfiles for this online thing. should take 20-25 hrs, and he's expecting to pay me somewhere between 15-20/hr

So, my question becomes, what is a resonable rate for freelance helpfile rewriting? And for technical writing, in general. (*cough*rosefox*cough*)

Technical writing... I make around $20 an hour + benefits.. but I also do whatever else they need me to do (though, Technical Writer is my offical title)
