The run yesterday was fun. I did my 3.5 miles in 32:35, better than my 10-minute goal, although not by all that much. Still, given my nearly 0 training & given that my first mile took like 11 minutes thanks to the crowding, I'm not disappointed at all. I'm a little sore today, but nothing too bad.
After the run, I went straight home, because I'm antisocial like that, and because I was so close.
Also, I want to wish Rose a happy, if belated birthday! Sorry I didn't mention it earlier, but that's the way it goes sometimes.
