What landlord? Calling the "repair department" goes to fast busy. Calling the super goes to voice mail, as it always does. Knocking on the pseudo-super's apartment got me a "be there in 5 minutes" and got another person "I can't do anything", and got the fire department "he's not here". I'm planning on going to the management company in the morning. But we have to prepare for the party. And we have no heat now.

Time to call 311 and file a complaint, methinks. That really sucks.
